My Writing Process

  • Plan the theme of the series of articles and start research
  • Create list of topics to cover, ie…. trends revolving around the subject
  • Come up with a list of article titles
  • Outline each article in the series
  • Conduct keyword research to find those keywords that are relevant to the title, content and optimize the articles for them
  • Collect notes from research to add to  articles
  • Create first draft of article
  • Revise article
  • Check spelling and grammar
  • Edit article again for flow, and tone
  • Come back in two days to reread again, tweak if needed
  • Turn into client for approval
  • Edit again if needed
  • Turn in to client for approval
  • Edit again if needed

I spend a great deal of time and effort on writing quality articles for my clients who choose this level of writing.

Note: Opinions expressed in writings are not necessarily my own. I write on spec to YOUR opinion and YOUR “slant” not my own, and seek to show that versatility in my writing samples.

All packages include what they say they include. You are responsible to turn in your titles, keywords, and information in a timely manner.  All content will be delivered within 15 days unless otherwise noted. If you need a rush order please use the contact form to inquire about added fees.

All content belongs to you once purchased. A Non Disclosure agreement on my part is implied. However, if you would like to give me a testimonial, please feel free. I don’t normally ask due to the nature of ghostwriting. But I do appreciate people who are willing to vouch for me. Without the testimonial I will never tell anyone for whom I ghostwrite.

I write 99%  of the content myself, and only outsource when absolutely necessary –  so this lead in time is needed in order to be able to deliver well written, well researched, original content.

Even if I outsource something, I always edit it and check it personally prior to sending it to you, therefore I am 100 percent responsible for the final product.

All content is delivered via Dropbox or via attachment by email  in Word format.

Your payment will process immediately via PayPal, you will receive an email from me within 48 hours of receipt of payment. If you do not hear from me, please  contact me via the contact form because that means there is an error of some kind or call me at: 256-520-2835.

If you picked the subscription option you will be billed monthly via email in which you will be able to pay via PayPal.  Each time you pay,  please put your titles, bullet points, and all information for me to use to do your writing in our shared Dropbox . I cannot start writing until I receive this information so it is imperative that you do that immediately so that you will get your work within 15 days. If you are on a subscription plan, you’ll be required to submit your writing into the Dropbox 7 days before my due date.
